Advising sector leadership on strategy, sensitive public relations, and stakeholder engagement for a major new educational and innovation initiative in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Served as secretary to the international steering council in support of senior leadership, engaging a global network of academic and government stakeholders, and supporting faculty in developing stories of impact across education, research, and innovation.
Launching a new institution requires more than infrastructure it demands purpose, identity, and public confidence. A flagship education and innovation initiative in Saudi Arabia needed to establish itself in an environment of national importance, international visibility, and complex stakeholder expectations. Government leaders, academic partners, and global observers all required a clear understanding of the institution’s vision from its earliest days.
Working alongside senior leadership, Greeley developed the strategic communications framework that shaped how the institution introduced itself to the world. We advised on executive communications, stakeholder engagement, reputation management, and sensitive public affairs while supporting the international steering council in coordinating engagement with leading academic and government partners. We also helped faculty and researchers communicate the broader impact of their work through compelling, accessible storytelling aligned with institutional priorities.
The institution emerged with a confident and coherent public identity that strengthened leadership credibility, fostered productive relationships with international stakeholders, and embedded a sustainable culture of strategic communications capable of supporting continued innovation and growth.
